Broccoli and Prostate Cancer

In a recent study at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York, researchers found that eating cruciferous vegetables, which includes broccoli, showed reduced prostate cancer risk. The study showed that eating two or more servings per month of cruciferous vegetables gave this protection. I eat more than two servings per month and I suspect most people do, if they like brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, and broccoli. To read more about this article go here:
