These are great, and they will remain treasured memories. However, you have to make the most of them. You can get a simple head shot, but that might not mean as much to you as a shot with more of the body included. You will find that some schools offering portrait photography will have some props that you can use in the pictures. If your child is in a sport, take advantage if they have sports props. If they can pose with block numbers of their year of graduation, those make for great memories as well.
