Whenever we hear the term “exercise”, we usually think of someone in gym clothes struggling to stay on a treadmill, with a towel draped over their shoulder and sweat rolling down their face. But that doesn’t have to be the case with weight loss and exercise.

Whether you are on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan or any other weight loss program, getting some exercise is always helpful. With that said though, it doesn’t have to be intense. It can be simple exercises such as:

Going for a walk - Walking is without a doubt the easiest and most effective tip there is.

Exercise with a partner - This makes getting some exercise much more fun and it really helps pass the time.

Join a class - There are many different types of classes that can give you the activity you need to lose weight and improve your health.
