I have been looking at new DSL service providers for a while and during my research have noticed that many service providers are offering a free wireless DSL router. I don’t really need one because I don’t have a laptop and my computer is fairly near my phone socket. But, having said that I am a bit of a gadget freak and like the idea of having the option of setting up a wireless network. If I by a laptop in future I could sit in the garden and work on the internet until my heart’s content without having to stay stuck in doors. This is very appealing but aside from buying a new laptop it would mean changing to a new DSL service and I am very happy with the one I have.
I could of course simply buy a Wireless DSL router but am loathe to do this when I know they are being given away. So this leaves me in a bit of a pickle.
