The monitoring services they offer are great. When I was in college, I worked as a maid to pay my expenses. When we entered a home with home alarm systems set up, we would have to disarm it when we entered. If by some chance we didn’t get the code into the system fast enough, or we didn’t have the right number, we would soon get wind the phone ring. This was always the security company calling to see if it was a false alarm. This is a built in safe guard to ensure the police or fire companies were not sent to the house needlessly.
